- Blast profile measurement with comparator plates and replica tape (Testex) (EN ISO 8503)
- Assessment of surface cleanliness grade (Sa 2½, Sa 3 etc.) against the EN ISO 8501-1 visual standard
- Dust and salt contamination checks (EN ISO 8502-3 / 8502-6)
- Ra / Rz measurement of machined surfaces (EN ISO 21920-2) with a portable profilometer
